To transfer tickets from one loyalty/discount ticket holder to another send email 1, follow the “process” after you get the reply you need, then send email 2. Make sure to enter the NAMES where appropriate.

Email 1

Hi (NAME)

All we need is a single email to [email protected] from the ticket seller (you) including the following:

  1. Email us from the email address that you used to buy your ticket
  2. Subject line “‘Loyalty Ticket Transfer’
  3. Include name and email of buyer
  4. Please attach a screenshot of the zelle payment confirmation to [email protected], with the memo “Payment to transfer ticket from (name of ticket holder) to (name of new ticket buyer)”:
    1. You or your ticket buyer must zelle the difference between the total price at which you bought your ticket and the total price of the standard ticket tier at the time you bought your ticket. For example, If your ticket was 455 and a standard ticket tier at the time of your purchase was $479 you’ll have to zelle us $24.
  5. We will confirm Zelle payment, cancel your ticket, and issue a new ticket to the new ticket buyer.

Process In Between

Go to https://www.viewcy.com/manage/camp/events

On the left, click “private access lists”

Look for Ticket Transfers

Top right button “add emails”

Then enter the new person’s (person receiving ticket) email address and click save

Then send the below email to both people
