All we need is a single email to [email protected] from the ticket seller (you) including the following:

  1. Email us from the email address that you used to buy your ticket
  2. Subject line “‘Loyalty Ticket Transfer’
  3. Include name and email of buyer
  4. Please attach a screenshot of the zelle payment confirmation to [email protected], with the memo “Payment to transfer ticket from (name of ticket holder) to (name of new ticket buyer)”:
    1. You or your ticket buyer must zelle the difference between the base price at which you bought your ticket and the base price of the standard ticket tier at the time you bought your ticket. Do not include fees. For example, If your base price was $435 and a standard ticket tier at the time of your purchase was $460 (this is the price before april 15), zelle us $25.
  5. We will confirm Zelle payment, cancel your ticket, and issue a new ticket to the new ticket buyer.
